Municipal Vehicle manufacturing organization, RosRoca, recently revealed their new concept vehicle at IFAT 2014 – the world’s leading exhibition for environmental technology, in Munich.
Driving success with a creative Exhibition Stand
Areca Design was commissioned to design a high-quality setting to demonstrate the revolutionary concept vehicle. Developed by Midlands-based Dennis Eagle and motor research industry MIRA, the new refuse vehicle concept is a game-changing model; with superb visibility, low Co2 emissions and independently driven and steered wheels.
Design and management of the stand was part of a full turn-key service offered by Areca Design, the creative exhibition space offered a suitable environment for the many International clients to visit. IFAT 2014 attracted over 135,000 guests to the event!
The 1,000 square meter exhibition stand included a very large marquee, similar to those used as the BMW Racing hospitality unit, rebranded with the RosRoca group of companies logos.
Creating an efficient environment
Inside the marquee, Areca Design built a reception desk and three private office rooms for private discussions between visitors and the Ros Roca team. A large networking area was constructed with comfortable setting, topped off by a Kitchen, servery and Bar area – providing draft German Beer (Wunderbar!)
All areas had corporate branding and creative infographics to provide more details about the new concept vehicle, indeed the main highlight of the stand stole the show when revealed from behind a large curtain during a presentation in front of over 100 international guests.
